This site serves two functions:

• A repository of learning and training resources produced by the Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao (BEAM) project — a joint initiative of the Governments of the Philippines and Australia. The materials contained in this site are available for all teachers in the Philippines to use. Browse the material by Competency, Resource Type, Year Level or Subject and download what you need.

  There are materials from three different curricula - BEC (Basic Education Curriculum); IIPE (Institute for Indigenous People's Education), which is based on the BEC; and ALIVE (Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education / تعليم اللغة العربية و الأخلاق الإسلامية).

  A selection of Professional Development materials for educators is available including links to the e-Learning packages developed by MiSpace (a collaboration of BEAM, DepEd and the University of South Eastern Philippines); the BEAM In-Service Training materials; the Multigrade Handbooks; and the Assessment Training resources.

• An authoring, editing and publishing application for the development of learning resources, including Learning Guides, Distance Learning Modules, Indigenous People's Education Resources and materials for the Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education curriculum. Existing writers can logon. If interested, you can also register as a writer.
